Thus, the documentary will explore the positive impact of psychological safety on performance, motivation and stability in the workplace, creating a clear picture of how companies can invest in people to achieve their true potential.

Synopsis:
In this first episode, we introduce the concept of psychological safety and explain why it is vital in a modern workplace. We will explore the key elements that define psychological safety – from the freedom to express your ideas to trusting your team and not fearing repercussions. Interviews with experts and researchers in organizational psychology will help debunk myths and shed light on this relatively new concept, but essential for employee well-being and performance.

Synopsis:
This episode is dedicated to those who have experienced abuse, harassment, or intimidation in the workplace. Through confidential interviews and moving testimonies, we will explore the impact that a psychologically unsafe environment has on people's mental and physical health. Through these true stories, the documentary will create empathy and understanding of the profound consequences that harassment and abuse can have on employees.

Synopsis:
In this episode, we will present examples of companies and teams that have successfully adopted and implemented best practices to create a psychologically safe work environment. We will explore how healthy organizational cultures improve collaboration, innovation, and engagement, showing how this type of environment can become a catalyst for performance. Interviews with leaders and employees will shed light on the successful strategies that underpin these best practices.

Synopsis:
Here, we focus on concrete solutions and strategies through which companies can rebuild and improve psychological safety. Both team-level and organizational-level solutions will be presented, from training for managers and open feedback sessions to policies and support programs. Through these examples, we want to provide clear and applicable tools for those who want to make a positive change in their organizations.

The final episode provides a comprehensive look at the long-term impact of a psychologically safe workplace on the company and its employees. We explore how companies that invest in psychological safety become more sustainable and attractive in the labor market, attracting and retaining valuable talent. We conclude with an inspirational message about the future of work and the importance of a paradigm shift, emphasizing the collective role of building a healthier and more balanced future.

Identifying Protagonists: In this stage, the team will seek out and select individuals who will share their personal experiences of psychological safety, abuse, or difficulties encountered at work. These stories will provide authenticity and depth to the documentary, illustrating the different facets of psychological safety.
Conduct preparatory discussions with partners: The points that will be presented in the documentary, the person/people who will be filmed, as well as the approach we will have for each partner will be identified.
Conducting street interviews: To get an overview of public perceptions, street interviews will be conducted, where people will be asked about their experiences related to psychological safety at work.
Script writing: Based on the information gathered, the documentary script will be written. This will establish the narrative structure of the episodes, highlighting key moments, questions for interviewees, and the main messages the film wants to convey.
Conducting an opinion survey: The survey will be designed to gather statistical data on the frequency, types, and impact of psychological abuse in the workplace. The results will be used to support the importance of the topic addressed with concrete data.
Filming with protagonists: During this stage, the selected protagonists will be filmed, capturing their stories and emotions in an authentic and respectful setting. The emphasis will be on creating a comfortable environment in which they can speak openly.
Filming with employees and managers from sponsored companies: Companies supporting the documentary will have the opportunity to express their commitment to creating a psychologically safe work environment, through interviews with managers and employees who can talk about the initiatives and practices adopted in this regard.
Filming with specialists: The documentary will also include the opinions of experts – psychologists, human resources consultants, lawyers specializing in labor law – to provide a scientific and professional perspective on the concept of psychological safety and its impact on performance and health.
Image editing: The footage will be selected and edited to ensure a coherent and captivating sequence of episodes. Emphasis will be placed on the essential moments that highlight the message of each episode.
Subtitling: The documentary will be subtitled to ensure its accessibility to the widest possible audience.
Sound Editing: The sound will be adjusted and mixed so that it is clear and captures the emotion of each interview and moment presented. This is an important step in creating an impactful listening experience.
Trailer: The trailer will be edited to provide a captivating preview of the documentary, being an essential promotional material for attracting audience interest.
Graphics: Infographics, diagrams, and other visual elements will be integrated into the material to provide context and explain concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
Promotional visuals: Promotional graphic materials – posters, social media banners, behind-the-scenes images – will be created to support promotional campaigns.
Soundtrack: An appropriate soundtrack will be added to emphasize the emotions and accentuate the important moments of the documentary.
